But only available for certain models
The good news here is the belated arrival of Sky Movies as an Android smartphone app. Sadly, it's not available for all models right now.
Lets concentrate on the app first though, which gives you a breakdown of all the movies showing on Sky right now, as well as the option to set 'record' remotely, if something catches your eye.
But even better, if you are a Sky subscriber, you also get the option to watch hundreds of films on demand, as long as you have a data connection in place. For that alone, this is a real winner. If you don't have Sky, you can still check out trailers of what's on right now. Just in case you are pondering subscribing.
So which models will it work with? Well, the Google Nexus 7 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 tablets for a start, along with the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 4 smartphones, the HTC Desire, Desire S, Desire X, Desire HD, Incredible S, Sensation, Sensation XE, One X, One XL, One S, One V and One X+, the LG 4X HD, Samsung's Galaxy S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S3 LTE, Galaxy Ace 2, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy Note 2 LTE, the Sony Xperia S and Xperia T and finally, the Motorola Razr i.
If that covers you, it's available now.
